Pros

Larger company, but it has the feel of a small company. The employees are nice and make you feel at home.

Cons

Mostly contract work , so when the contract is over, sometimes your job ends.

Pros

Awesome leadership and management. I have an incredible and understanding boss who provides guidance and keeps me abreast of all company and contract deliverables.

Cons

Because of Covid, we all work from home so it’s unfortunate to not interact with colleagues in person.
