Clearly written SOP's and guidelines. Great benefits. Good interdepartmental communication. Friendly co-workers.
Cons
Owned by a large company (NCI) out of Texas, that is owned by an even larger investment company, so there is very little personal recognition unless you want to move to Texas. Upper management (President, CEO, COO, etc) seem to come and go every year, so there is very little corporate direction and priorities continually change.
