      * Few US colleagues were understanding and helped us to resolve issues. * F&F in 20 days

      Cons

      * US Managers don't understand the work culture and timings of Indian Employees. They hire for Developers but ask them to work on Support roles. * Managers project wrong requirements and feedback of team to higher management. * No one listens to the employees feedback. * Destroy careers of aspiring developers by making them work only on support jobs
