Pros
- The company genuinely cares about its employees, they recently halved what I pay for my insurance and added more paid holidays - Company is interested in being efficient and doing things right, not entrenched in their ways - Hard work is recognized and rewarded
Cons
- The only real thing that I can think of is that the environment can be a bit unpredictable at times, but this is to be expected when working for a growing company
