The company has gone through multiple department leadership changes in a short period of time. The company experiences growing pains often, but the rapid growth is good for the future of the company.

Appreciation for the extremely compliant and clean environment. No corners were cut, even when cleaning. You won't have to worry about bearing the guilt of a meningitis breakout from this compounding pharmacy Modern/new and fancy lab equipment Very optimistic and goal setting team. Great benefits. 401K matching and good amount of vacation days that quickly increase as your time working with the company does.

Cons

Questionable purities of ingredients being used Repetitive, tedious, and boring work that'll keep you glancing at the clock every 15 minutes. Lots of overqualified, bright employees that were clearly overqualified. The job does not require a lot of skill or education.
