      Pros

      Clear on Communication and Transparency at all times. Great in-house immigration team always so helpful to employees. I was updated on every stage of my paperwork and they kept their word for quality work and employee satisfaction. Empower has a great vision to grow and Anup is leading it in the right direction. If you want a hassle free H1 transfer and its Empower as the HR Manager Chris is an expert and would make sure that your documents are processed perfectly. I have seen them placing them some quality resources in my team at the client I work. I am overall very happy to be associated with Empower Professionals.

      Pros

      I've always very comfortable b.c they have extensive knowledge on immigration and always were able to address any problems or even any potential future problems. Also they are very responsive overall.

      Cons

      the majority of direct client business is in east coast and mid-west, need more presence on west coast

      Pros

      They are very helpful with immigration issues and they also pay for all the cost. My previous employer had messed up the paper work for my H1 renewal. They not only resolved that but they also got me a green card. The management is also very understanding, they give you a salary even when you are on bench. Although you are hardly ever on bench with this company because they directly work with some great end clients and a great marketing team so they can get you a new project fairly quickly. I would recommend this company to everyone, it's just overall a great company to work for.

      Cons

      They are sometimes too understanding, so some of the consultants do live the good life as a result some of the consultants do get a little lazy.
