I've always very comfortable b.c they have extensive knowledge on immigration and always were able to address any problems or even any potential future problems. Also they are very responsive overall.

the majority of direct client business is in east coast and mid-west, need more presence on west coast

They are very helpful with immigration issues. The HR team and Legal team (Lawyer) are well versed with the H1b rules and regulations. On time Salary. Prompt in responding to queries specially Christopher Tighe is an excellent Person who is always there to help the Company employees.

Pros

I am working with this company for more than 5 years. I have a great experience working with empower. Based on my work and skill sets, I always got an opportunity to work on long term projects with their direct clients, good pay & benefits. Never had any issue with H1 extensions or approvals and they are processing my GC as promised.

Cons

No more participation in 401k :(
