My experience working for Empower for 11 years had been great. Great Management. Prompt and very efficient. Extremely transparent with employees. In all the years that I worked in Empower; all matters regarding work, pay and immigration were discussed and communicated to the fullest extent. On time Payroll. Never had any issue with payroll and received all pay on time. Strong in-house immigration team who can deal with any potential scenario with H1B, Green card etc. In my years in Empower, I went through H1B transfer, numerous H1B extensions and Green card processing. All were handled in a timely and efficient manner with a successful outcome each time. Very Friendly HR. Can reach out to them for any work related issue.

I am working with this company for more than 5 years. I have a great experience working with empower. Based on my work and skill sets, I always got an opportunity to work on long term projects with their direct clients, good pay & benefits. Never had any issue with H1 extensions or approvals and they are processing my GC as promised.

Cons

No more participation in 401k :(
