I am working with this company for more than 5 years. I have a great experience working with empower. Based on my work and skill sets, I always got an opportunity to work on long term projects with their direct clients, good pay & benefits. Never had any issue with H1 extensions or approvals and they are processing my GC as promised.

They are very helpful with immigration issues and they also pay for all the cost. My previous employer had messed up the paper work for my H1 renewal. They not only resolved that but they also got me a green card. The management is also very understanding, they give you a salary even when you are on bench. Although you are hardly ever on bench with this company because they directly work with some great end clients and a great marketing team so they can get you a new project fairly quickly. I would recommend this company to everyone, it's just overall a great company to work for.
