Time off and benefits are very good here. Lower managers are friendly enough to make day-to-day very easy and non threatening.
Cons
Upper management needs better direction and processes. They are willing to throw entire teams under the bus or ignore glaring problems completely rather than finding constructive ways to solve problems. Office politics are very common here.
