Pros

Good software for client usage, work from home culture.

Cons

Low pay, extremely corporate feel, and they will clawback your bonuses if you quit- even if its right before Christmas and they demand a check that totals more than they paid you in a month after you quit explicitly because they don't pay enough. Do not advise anyone to work here that is capable and diligent- that is rewarded anywhere else considerably better.
