      Great growth opportunities

      Pros

      The company is very growth focused. At every level of leadership I've seen, it's expected that you're helping those under you develop their skills and careers. It's entirely possible to come in with a little work experience (any, doesn't have to be finance) or a college degree and find yourself a fruitful and fulfilling career here, as long as you're willing to grow and adapt.

      Cons

      It can take some mental fortitude to make it through the entry level positions to find the more fulfilling roles. Also, while I'd say having almost every role be remote is a pro, it can leave you feeling a bit disconnected at times if you don't make effort to engage yourself. Maybe that's not so much a con, but it's the other side of the coin of wfh to be aware of.
