      Way too much work, Manager working from overseas are the worst rude and disrespectful. Working long hours weekends. And everything is on fire alway

      Pros

      They are fast growing. The people that work there are helpful and easy to work with. A lot of opportunity for growth internally. The benefits regarding match and healthcare are good and comprehensive.

      Cons

      They dont pay existing employees well when they move teams. If you want a significant pay increase it makes more sense to leave and comeback as an "outside" hire.
