Pros

Empower's culture is far superior to any other organization I have worked for. The dynamic teams and incredible network of employees provides you with an impeccably strong foundation. I have yet to meet an employee who does not offer a lending hand when needed and wants to see others succeed. They build you up for the next best thing and look to promote internally. They give you all of the resources and structures to work hard and you are rewarded for these efforts.

Cons

Empower is in Growth mode, so be prepared for many things to be consistently changing! Growth is good but it can be uncomfortable, so giving people that insight head on is important for those who do not like change!

HR given me fake offer letter

HR given me the fake offer letter. I already resigned. now I am jobless

Cons

I had previously disclosed that I was terminated from my first organization due to health issues and mentioned that I had only 8 months of experience there. Understanding the job description required 2 years of experience, I requested HR to consider my 2.4 years of experience overall and was open to discussing adjustments to the compensation as well. Despite this, HR has not agreed to my request.
