      work from home is good

      Cons

      Pay short of industry standard. Promotions hardly exist. Over worked. Under appreciated. Most 3 day holiday weekends are taken up with Disaster Recovery tests. Security has gone overboard - makes it WAY too difficult to get things done. No security/end user experience balance. I could go on and on...
