      Work from home, that’s it

      Cons

      Pay, diversity, micro management x 10, rude idiot ppts, they make the call volume so much higher than it needs to be, no breaks btw calls, stressful, they overwork you like a dog and can’t pay enough to live

      Growth, leading, and simplifying

      Pros

      Encourages growth and development both personally and professionally. Creates an environment that is inclusive and open to new ideas. I feel supported in my current role and for my future career goals. Even though most of us are remote there are many attempts made by the company to foster a collaborative work environment.

      Cons

      If you are someone that is not self-motivated or does not like working remotely, this may not be the company for you. You need to take accountability for your work.
