Pros

flexible, remote, always busy and reliable support teams. advancements are very obtainable in the first year. I very much enjoy the community groups available to associates. Providing education/advice to customers can be rewarding. Management is always engaging to give you opportunities and promoting. Metrics are developed during tenure for the benefit of the role.

Cons

Although rare, system outages can be a drain during crucial times of customer support. many different applications for simple client account openings. It can be simplified with one app/one backup when needed. Role can be strenuous after some time with meeting customer appointments and follow ups.
