Pros

The culture at Empower is welcoming, inclusive, and supportive. The organizational structure is flat, so there's not a lot of layers and corporate red tape. Best of all, the people are diverse, engaged, collaborative, and friendly! I worked for another large financial services firm for many years before joining Empower, so I wasn't sure what I would be experiencing. But I can honestly say it's been a terrific experience. I would recommend Empower as an employer to anyone.

I can't really think of any downside to working at Empower!
