Pros

Amazing leadership Having a mentor to partner with as you onboard as a new hire Innovative company with client as primary focus Working remotely

Cons

No cons to provide. My biggest regret is not pursuing a career change sooner. I've been in the retirement plan industry for over 25 years and was hesitant to leave the company where I started my career and after 2.5 years joining the Empower team, I couldn't be happier with my decision.

Pros

You can work from home, but if you have a location near by you can go into the office if you want to. It is a growing company with a great long term strategy. Good benefits.

Cons

Senior managers are sometimes too much in the weeds since it is flat organization.
