Empower provides its Associates with an opportunity to assist workplace employees in their efforts to save and invest for a successful retirement. The work environment adapts quickly to change and is focused on continuously advancing its technology to facilitate the retirement planning process for the consumer.

Cons

As Empower implements changes very quickly, employees are expected to manage and adapt to new technology and methods utilizing self-training modules (example: Allego videos).
