Positive work environment

Business Outlook

Pros

Flexible work schedule to work from home with the option of going into the office, providing a good work life balance situation. Supportive work environment with coworkers that value your opinion and listens to everyone's concerns and feedback.

Cons

While I do love the flexible work schedule, it would be nice to engage more with teammates.
