Pros

Good benefits. In my role, you have a lot of control over your work. I love my manager. You have the freedom to complete your work as it works for you within the timing needed (i.e not micromanaged).

Cons

The systems are out of date. Things frequently go down and it often affects plans. I don't have a strong feeling that I have everything I need to do my job well. You are working with a ton of different teams and it is extremely difficult to ensure timing with these different teams. We also offshore a lot of things, so there are often items that take multiple days to complete due to this.
