Pros

Collaboration throughout the company. We are encouraged to bring new ideas to light. We have the best and brightest leadership teams! People will take you under their wing if you want to advance in the company. You can meet the CEO and shake his hand at one of the town halls!!

Cons

The participant service department can seem repetitive after awhile, but if you can tough it out for 18 months, the sky is the limit!

Pros

Great company mission and culture! Empower has embraced the remote and hybrid work model.

Cons

Work-Life balance for operational back-office roles seems non-existent. You feel guilty for leaving your co-workers to take PTO due to the workload. The only thing management has to say is to work OT. As a fully remote employee, I would like to have opportunity to come to an office quarterly or some frequency (Denver, Kansas City, etc). As of now, the company does not pay for those travel expenses
