- A culture that cares about it's associates - Teams are collaborative - Capability to work remotely, in office or in a hybrid setting - A company that really values associate's growing their careers, LOTS of opportunity for promotions and gaining new skills

Pros

Came over under an acquisition and have never been happier. This company and it's employees are laser focused on their customers and their mission/vision. They really are transforming financial lives (including mine) through advise, people and technology. I pray they continue the ability to work from home to ensure they retain and gain the right talent. A company like Empower that believes in and TRUSTS it's employees is a company I am proud to work for!

Cons

Not really a con but sometimes have to fight for funds for conferences and outside programs. Ultimately, this is a good thing. The company is focused on not overspending but it does make it tough (in my experience) to try to expand your knowledge through outside vendors.
