They are starting to offshore customer service which doesn't bode well for job security confidence, they will not give you your last bonus if they know you are leaving, they are creating new fees and increasing fees, they claim to be customer obsessed but cut corners creating customer frustration, the vacation time is very little and they are starting to micromanage more and more. They want more and more out of you, referrals, sales etc. but the pay doesn't increase. Goals keep going up and unless you start working harder than ever before, this just means that your pay decreases.
