Pros

Great job to learn skills

Cons

Lack of job security. So many people are being let go to move the position to India. Very low morale waiting for the axe. People fighting because they feel the need to compete to survive. Since upper management doesn't have to worry about their job moving to India, they don't care!

Empower has successfully operated with a global model for more than a decade. While we are expanding our workforce in our global locations, we remain heavily weighted in the U.S. with planned future growth in all regions
