Pros

Great people to work with, room for upward movement. Good profit sharing (3 years cliff vesting), consistent raises based on performance, great benefits especially time off (starts at 3 weeks)

Cons

Independent work, resource based materials. Need to be able to multi-task. Depending on the manager, it’s hit or miss as far as support goes.
