Great company and people. Flexible and constantly striving to be better. There seems to be lots of opportunities to grow here. Leadership is increasingly accessible.
Cons
As with most larger organizations, it can be hard at times to collaborate and create synergy with colleagues from other departments. Although, there seems to be a renewed emphasis on collaboration.
