There are only negatives that we find in this company especially technology teams, managers are worthless, unprofessional and cheap.. they will be always reprimanding employees about their pay scale and not give merits to the deserving employees, completely bluff during interviews and treat you like trash bags. Beware of such fraudulent recruiters and managers. Worst work culture and forceful long stretching hours, no ethics and no work life balance.

everything is with name of parent company greatwest (offer, payroll etc) can be part of any project under greatwest no value for employee time only conversation about work life balance no real time implementation rude behavior from higher management management does not take action on complains. endless calls without track of time expectation from employees to be available 24×7.

Salary, inspiring and humble US leaders (extacly opposite of India leadership), growing tech team in India

Cons

Many starting with- 1. Work quality and moving within team- depends on team and your manager. 2. On-site- almost zero opportunity (pre pandemic also same) 3. India leadership- very fake (all talk no action). Focus only on keeping their US masters happy...don’t care for employees in India 4. Salary increments- below average 5. IJPs very difficult process (better look for a job outside)
