No work culture, too much internal politics, higher management don't know how to manage the team. Company has no or zero policies, employees worked with there personal machines for first 1 year during pandemic. Even if they provide laptops it is a chromebook which is of no use as such. Hr's have zero interference and they don't care until you have your exit interview. US counterparts are way better.
