Free food, nothing else. Glassdoor needs minimum of 5 words in this section, i have nothing else to say.

Cultural Misfit: Work environment didn't suit personal preferences. Operational Chaos: Workflow and communication felt disorganized. Leave Policy Issues: No leaves, people plan when to take their unplanned leaves Transportation Hassles: Cabs management is a misery, For login they pick you up early and you reach late after logout. Slow WFH Progress: Surveys done but little progress seen. Limited HR Engagement: Rare open sessions, felt excluded. HR doesn't care. Mental Health and Wellbeing Impact: Low energy, lack of motivation outside work. Night Shift Strain: Struggled with night shifts, impacted work-life balance.
