      If you were there for your entire career it was great.

      Cons

      If you were looking to grow quickly, the opportunity would be there but the reward of promotions and raises are hard to come by and usually others who have been there longer have a boost in line.

      All calls are recorded, they nitpick through the calls to find “mistakes” which they then use to take back a portion of your commission.
