People I worked with in Overland Park were great. Work was challenging and fullfilling. Benefits were above average.

Cons

They were TERRIBLE to people in IT, PMO, QA and other teams once they converted the last of their clients off OMNI in spring of 2017. They laid a bunch of people off (walked them out) after having worked many, many hours to get clients converted to their home-grown system. Some of these folks had many years with JP Morgan prior to Great West and they were kicked to the curb.
