      Pros

      Good benefits and nice facilities.

      Cons

      Currently little if any work/life balance therefore very high turnover, putting additional burden on the remaining employees. Constantly shifting priorities, procedures, and metrics making it difficult to succeed. Deep sense that you're just another body. Limited opportunities for growth and development.

      Pros

      Flexible working hours and very relax environment. CEO was great and trying to do the right things.

      Cons

      Management was not so great. Very difficult to get resources internally that means you don't get support from other departments easily so it makes people feel if we are working at the same company.
