      Pros

      The pros are that you work from home.

      Cons

      There is limited growth. It seems as if you are stuck in certain positions if you are a certain demographic. You can meet all the qualifications but get passed by because of what I don’t know. It is a little disheartening.

      The people who work there and stayed there are miracle workers with what little is provided to them.

      Cons

      One year after they bought Mass Mutual’s retirement division, Mass Mutual moved their employees 401k plan to a competitor…enough said.
