Pros

Great employee benefits and 401k. Good culture and great people to work with.

Cons

Inconsistent leadership with gaps in management and team building skills. Lack of clear, communicated team roadmap. Decisions questioned by some some leaders in a demeaning way and often unresponsive when providing data and clarity to back decisions.

Pros

Remote position and my manager was good.

Cons

It is a call center environment and metrics are strict. During tax season I couldn't even get up to use the restroom between calls and the callers were often rude. Training did not prepare me for the actual calls. Lots of complex issues so you will have to learn along the way.
