      Good client support and other facilities.

      Cons

      High Discrimination on basis of Gender, vintage resources and North Indians. Group of people who joined at initial level in management get growth and other perks. Bonus deduction when you go for maternity leaves. Toxic work environment and high politics and mental harrasment.
