      It's a job that would be great for someone starting out in finance.

      Cons

      Management was clueless and the product is terrible. The Systems are antiquated and the goals are high.

      Pros

      Great benefits and overall a great work atmosphere. The pay was decent and the managers did a pretty good job of being hands off.

      Cons

      The systems that the company has are poor at best and there were situations at least once every couple of weeks where the systems would go down. Also, I did not feel like there was a whole lot of room for movement within the company
