Pros

Good compensation, good colleagues, management is fair, WFH capabilities

Cons

Trying to grow too big too quickly. Need to make work life balance better. Many blacked out time off periods due to migration to new system. Hard to get compensation increases even with promotions. Very tight wallets for internal moves

Pros

The Benefits are fantastic. The company is constantly growing. The relationships you create will last a lifetime. The location is right down town with great location for dining and happy hour.

Cons

It's easy to get promoted in short term. Long term you must move to Denver. They refuse to promote at remote locations such as Milwaukee. The best employees spend over half of their time making up for the inefficiencies of the poor performers.
