      Pros

      Decent benefits. Interesting work at times. Good location. Many in the company really care about the customers and the job.

      Cons

      A mission of growth has taken over the company. Company is pretty open about intentions to outsource jobs overseas. Those that take pride in their work will find themselves working crazy hours and people who plan the pot luck get promotions.
