      Retirement non-elective is lacking compared to peers. Advocate for growth opportunities, but they are few and far between. Preach prosperity and growth to the street, but behind the scenes talk getting leaner.

      Paid fairly Remote Work EXCELLENT benefits, 6% company match, I only pay like $210 per paycheck for my entire family's insurance.
