Good Benefits(Food,Transport), Compoff will be given for the weekend Support Good work environment Supportive Team mates

Cons

Some times we may have to stretch the work hours, Since all of my Team's BA and Architect are from US team, if we have got any impediments in our code then we have to wait for them to respond because of this time stretch is happening. Due to WFH they are expecting us to work more time (As all managers are expecting the same everywhere)
