-Low Pay - benefits -Poor Organization -Unrealistic management -They require you to do many jobs and maintain a relatively high level of productivity( Screenings, making of schedule, home health duties as well as outpatient, group classes, meetings and therapy ) *I would be very surprised if this company lasts with how they are currently running it* very high turnover
