Cons

Unrealistic productivity goals, all the company cares about is money, they set employees up for failure, benefits are expensive and horrible, employees in management are ___holes!! Worst company that I have ever worked for as a PT in 30 years!

Pros

In foresight, the salary was a pro.

Cons

Toxic upper management. Unrealistic productivity standards. Unethical expectations for caseload and billing. No protection for therapist license. Big promises at the start of employment which eventually never come to fruition. Upper management tries to put you against other managers. Did I say unrealistic productivity especially for clinic director.
