Pros

Tries to be fun and a modern tech rehab company out there.

Cons

Nobody knows what they're doing. Leaders can't make up their mind. Changed processes and systems multiple times the years I worked full-time. Leaders making decisions are all young and inexperienced.

Thank you for taking time to write a review; we appreciate your feedback. We’re glad to read that fun is a positive aspect of working at EmpowerMe Wellness — "We Have Fun" is one of our core values! We are a fast-growing company working diligently to ensure our therapists have the most user-friendly systems that support their work. As a result, we have recently made several changes to the platforms we utilize to ensure consistent workflows for our team members, including technology designed to help our residents and their families conveniently connect with the EmpowerMe team. Thank you again for reaching out — we wish you the best.

Pros

Rehab departments are part of amazing Senior communities around the United States.

Cons

Confusion and drastic change with company by out and merger with ONR. Dor's required to perform 6 hours of treatment along with operating therapy department. As a result employees are often burnout with little support; have to work off the clock to complete duties.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to read that you feel our rehab departments are part of amazing senior communities — we wholeheartedly agree! We’re sorry that you felt overextended and burned out during the transition to EmpowerMe Wellness. When we acquired ONR in 2022, we worked diligently to minimize the impact to our teams while moving to consistent business practices and guidelines unifying the two companies. We understand that change can be difficult and are disappointed that you felt this kind of impact as a result. We’re listening to learn and appreciate your suggestions about team morale. Thank you again — we wish you the best.
