The people that work there are very friendly. Its easy to feel like part of the family. The work is challenging at times and you take way to much garbage from some of the nurses at the homes. Management does have your back most of the time tho.

Cons

The amount of work can be overwhelming. Hard to get help when you need it because everyone is overly busy.
