      Pros

      No supervision. Management seems to be fine with staff lying on documentation.

      Cons

      Complete lack of leadership. Different answers depending on who you ask. No regard for patient safety during COVID19 pandemic. They are only concerned about their wallets, the employees do not fall on their radar. Terrible PTO and no sick time. They will fire at any sign of trouble rather than defending the employee. Do not work here!

      Pros

      They talk a good talk. You'll be impressed at first, but don't be fooled! If you decide to anyway, get every single promise IN WRITING! Don't trust a word that comes out of their mouth.

      Cons

      The most disorganized, dysfunctional company (on every level )I've ever worked for. (And I've been doing this a very long time) From day one it was a hot mess.
