Pros

They have a nice office and some nice people there but most are contractors.

Cons

Senior management is not hands on. The company is very disorganized like they are still trying to figure it out. They tend to stop passionate people from doing their best best. They say they want to improve but when it starts happening they can’t handle it. They say they value their employees but the dont.

Pros

Start up company vibe. Very relaxed environment with perks like free coffee, two work from home days, and game room (ping pong/ console games).

Cons

Start up company pay although owned by Aflac. Especially in a banking city where a mid level would expect 80k+, one would think that the pay would be competitive. That is not the case here.

Pros

Decent work life balance. Some employees are great to work with but many aren't and mostly introverts. Most managers didn't really seem hardly senior, but others were OK.

Cons

College (if even attended) shop.. a lot of activities are for the techy/developer/introverts with odd hobbies.. which introverts dont even like doing activities in groups anyways.. just weird environment to me.
