Pros

The company cares about their employees. I have a great team that I work with and we work together to solve the problems. Smaller size company and that makes some processes better since you don't have to go through so much red tape to get things done. I can voice my opinion and my ideas are heard.

Cons

Some processes could be improved. The company is smaller and there is plenty of work to do which can be overwhelming at times but its' called work for a reason. Just glad to have a great team to work with.

Pros

Fast paced development cycle, small company with deep pockets (Division of AFLAC), yet still operating like a small company. Good people here to work with. Company Benefits are really decent. Management works with you as best they can.

Cons

Pay is getting there but still pretty on par with other small companies but we were just acquired less than a year ago. Still expanding so some growing pains are evident and will be for awhile.

The company believes in rewarding those who put in the work and is attempting aggressive expansion to meet future goals of Aflac which leaves a lot of room for career growth for dedicated team members. Senior developers are extremely skilled and dedicated to building out a platform that performs at scale. Cutting edge of the Health and Supplemental Insurance industry.

Cons

Key resources struggle to maintain work life balance due to aggressive development and delivery schedules. Lack of focus on key partnerships can lead to wasted work.
