Pros

I've been at Empowerly for almost a year and have loved my time so far. I've learned a lot from my colleagues as well as the community of experienced and knowledgable admissions counselors. The company has grown a lot over the last year since I joined and the tech roadmap is exciting! Compensation is very good for the space.

Cons

Not a lot of cons other than no 401k matching. There's a lot of change (to be expected at a startup). The changes are mostly good but can sometimes feel overwhelming.

Hardworking, collaborative, and positive colleagues Exciting and hypergrowth company Awesome mission Leaders are visionary and great to work with Flexible/remote Company seems to really care about employees and listen Lots of hard work but I'm always learning Unlimited PTO Lots of diversity

Cons

Could be more opportunities to interact with other departments Better training/processes and some things are ambiguous - but company is still very early stage and this seems to get better over time
